The Approach
Finding the right job is about two things: aiming properly and executing consistently. If either isn’t done with appropriate care, you won’t end up where you want to be. My approach focuses squarely on getting those two things right.
Together, my clients and I ensure good aim by taking an inventorying of values, needs, wants, and individual proclivities. We then use a proven structure for staying consistent to ensure that they reach their goals as quickly as possible.

My Perspective
I've made a career out of making successful transitions and helping others do the same. My approach is informed by an obsession with strategic efficiency. Applying that in the service of what is most important to my clients has yielded fantastic results.

About Khemit
Khemit is the founder of The Character Arc. He is a US Air Force veteran, former Mandarin Chinese linguist & intelligence analyst, and a founding member of the New Product Security team at Apple, Inc. in both China and the US.
He holds an MBA in International Marketing from The Middlebury Institute of International Studies at Monterey, California.
He is also a writer, fitness & martial arts enthusiast, student of psychology and philosophy, and unabashed fiction buff.
