Courses & programs I’ve benefited from

The Landmark Forum
From the site: “Landmark Worldwide is a personal and professional growth, training and development company focusing on people achieving success, fulfillment and greatness.”
I’ve taken 3 courses through Landmark in the last 15 years and have found them invaluable for helping make sense of the past and building/repairing relationships.

The Self Authoring Suite
From the site: “The Self-Authoring Suite is a series of online writing programs that collectively help you explore your past, present and future.”
The Future Authoring exercise in particular was a fantastic tool for catalyzing goal formation behavior.

Understand Myself Personality Test
Knowing the landscape of YOU helps you orient yourself. But your personality does not limit or constrain you. It simply shows you features of the landscape, like potential pitfalls and potential opportunities. There are many personality tests, but only a few based on advanced statistical techniques. This is the best one I’ve come across.
